Applications

EXPANFISS FIRE  It is specifically designed for all construction applications requiring fire resistance; it is particularly suitable for fire doors, windows, sealing pipes and cables passing through walls, sealing cracks, in roofing, walls and floors, bonding insulation materials, and filling cavities. A skin forms after 25 minutes. Loads can be applied after approximately 3 hours. Curing is complete after approximately 5–8 hours. The cured foam resists temperatures from -40°C to +90°C. It creates a barrier against water and vapor. Protect the cured foam from continuous exposure to UV rays (for example, by painting). It does not shrink or deform. Each canister yields 50 liters of foam. Application temperature ranges from +5°C to +35°C. Operating temperature must not be lower than +5°C.
