Returns in store

RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED IN STORE

Any exchanges of goods are made only:

1. In the store where the product was purchased
2. Within 10 days of purchase date 
3. Provided the product and tag are kept intact
4. Upon presentation of the receipt

We would like to inform our customers that exchanges for the month of June must be made no later than June 30th and for the month of December no later than December 31st.
After this date it will not be possible to make changes.

Please note: Under current Italian law, there is no legal obligation to accept returns or provide refunds for purchases made in-store, except in the case of defective or non-compliant merchandise. If the return is accepted, no cash refund will be provided; instead, a voucher of equal value will be issued, which can be used for future purchases at the same store.
