The History of the Cardillo Group: Tradition, Innovation, and Quality

Our roots

The Cardillo Group's history began in 1945 , when Vincenzo Cardillo, the family's grandfather, worked in Rome as a construction site manager . His experience was consolidated through prestigious projects, such as the paving of St. Peter's Square . In 1952 , for family reasons, he returned to Calabria and started his own business, specializing in waterproofing attics . From that moment on, his passion for construction became the beating heart of our story.

Family growth

In 1980 , Bruno Cardillo (Andrea's father) and Antonio Cardillo (Bruno's brother) founded Fratelli Cardillo Snc . The company grew rapidly, becoming one of the most important companies in Calabria, distinguishing itself for the quality of its work and a corporate policy based on professionalism and reliability.

The new generation

In 2000 , Vincenzo Andrea Cardillo joined the company as a collaborator, bringing new energy and vision. In 2013, he began diversification with the creation of Cardillo Team Lattoneria , specializing in sheet metal work and roofing. A year later, in 2014 , the business expanded with the launch of the construction trade, giving rise to the Cardillo Edilizia brand.

The evolution of Cardillo Edilizia Srl

In 2018 , Cardillo Team Lattoneria was transferred to Cardillo Edilizia Srl , which today stands out for its specialization in light construction and for a market policy oriented towards innovative, high-end brands, with competitive economic conditions.

Today we offer around 50 own-brand products —from paints to liquid membranes to chemicals—and are recognized as a leading brand in the area for the quality of our products and services.

Our strength
