Licalastic Scud
Elastomeric, fibre-reinforced, coloured, single-component, water-based liquid waterproofing product
ready to use
Licalastic Scud is a single-component liquid membrane in aqueous dispersion, based on
of modified acrylic copolymers, synthetic fibers, inert fillers, colored. Licalastic Scud is
ideal for waterproofing before laying ceramic coverings, the protection of
concrete supports and for the restoration of old bituminous waterproofing
existing ones. Its particular formulation guarantees a high adhesion power on the most
common supports used in construction (fibre cement, wood, metal, ceramic, retaining walls
earth, etc.). Once polymerized, it creates a waterproof, long-lasting and resistant barrier
even in marine and industrial environments. Licalastic Scud can be left exposed, it resists
to stagnant water, it is UV resistant, walkable and does not require additional protection.
MAIN FIELDS OF USE
Licalastic Scud is particularly indicated for:
Waterproofs and protects retaining walls, foundation walls, concrete terraces, and roofs in general.
It adheres to the most common substrates used in construction such as concrete, wood, metal and ceramic, balconies,
terraces, bathrooms, showers, saunas, fireplaces, cornices, retaining walls and foundations.
Restore old waterproofing of existing bituminous membranes, tiled terraces and balconies.
Lining concrete tanks for the storage of non-potable water and other non-acidic and/or aggressive liquids.
Certified according to UNI EN 14891 which makes it suitable for subsequent installation of floors using adhesives
specific to the licata.koll line.

Perfect adhesion, suitable for complex construction details and resistant to micro cracks.
It can be used both horizontally and vertically and adapts to any geometry of the surface to be covered.
