The DRYGRES range of drill bits is recommended for drilling all types of ceramic tiles, particularly porcelain stoneware and other materials such as marble and granite.

In the DRYGRES range of drill bits, RUBI has used VACUUM BRAZED welding technology which increases resistance to high friction temperatures to secure the diamond band in the cutting area.


The DRYGRES cutters with a diameter of Ø 6 to 12 mm are perfect for placing bathroom accessories or any decorative accessory on ceramic surfaces.

The other diameters in the DRYGRES diamond drill bit range, from Ø 20 to 75 mm, are designed primarily to ensure that ceramic tile laying professionals can obtain the best results when making the necessary holes for pipes, light points, etc.

DRYGRES diamond cutters are dry cutting and can be used, thanks to their M14 connection, directly on the grinder or on an electric drill without percussion using the adapter (fef. 05976).
The average life of DRYGRES drills varies depending on the diameter. For drills from 6 to 12 mm, the average life is 25 holes, while for DRYGRES drills from 20 to 75 mm, the average life is 60 holes.

The average life of cutters ALWAYS depends on the type of material, its thickness and correct refrigeration.

The drilling depth of DRYGRES cutters is 36 mm.

In diameters of 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm, DRYGRES contain wax inside.

This wax melts during use of the cutter, facilitating its cooling and the elimination of drilled material residue. (If the wax runs out, the cutter can continue its work. Only the complete consumption of the diamond indicates the end of the cutter.)

DRYGRES drill bits (diameter 20 to 75 mm) have a lateral opening that improves cooling and facilitates the removal of cutting residue after each drilling. Before starting each new drilling, ensure the drill bit is free of any obstructions.
