LG Insulator
Pigmentable primer based on acrylic copolymers and siliceous inerts, specific for
external, with high covering power and excellent uniforming properties
Universal pigmentable primer based on inert silica-based acrylic copolymers. It is ideal
as a fixative before each decoration cycle with microcoatings or paste coatings
based on synthetic binders. Specific for exteriors and suitable for interiors, its formulation
It is specifically designed to achieve a high masking power for both imperfections of the
support, both in cases of overpainting on medium/strong colours.
The high levelling power ensures homogeneous absorption of the subsequent decorative layer
enhancing the performance and surface effect of the microcoating.
MAIN FIELDS OF USE
LG Insulator is indicated for the preparation of substrates in internal/external environments, new or existing, on residential buildings,
industrial or commercial. It is advisable to use the product on seasoned substrates, i.e. after a maturation period
for at least four weeks. It can be applied to surfaces such as:
- Smooth concrete
- absorbent walls
- existing plastered facades
- prefabricated concrete panels
- old paints and coatings of an organic or mineral nature
- plasterboard sheets

CHARACTERISTICS
Pigmentable: it can be applied white or colored, pigmented with the same shade as the subsequent finish, so
to combine the effect of a bridge and to tone down any strong colours in overpainting operations on
existing surfaces.
Universal: LG Insulator can be applied on most substrates commonly used in construction.
Low VOC content: very low releases, compliant with European standards regarding volatile organic compounds.
Excellent levelling power: ideal also on new surfaces as it limits the absorption of subsequent layers of
painting maximizing yields and improving the aesthetic finish.
