LicaLatex Liquid additive specifically for cement mortars and grouts, based on synthetic resins in aqueous dispersion. LicaLatex is a milky liquid additive based on synthetic resins in aqueous dispersion. The result of research by the Licata SpA laboratories, it is ideal for improving the mechanical strength, adhesion, and general workability of any cement mortar, as well as for creating highly adhesive grouts used as bonding bridges. Cement mixes modified with LicaLatex have improved waterproofing and resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents. MAIN FIELDS OF USE LicaLatex is suitable for the preparation of: - Construction grouts - Cement screeds - Repair mortars - Mortars and grouts - Mortars specifically for substrates subject to dimensional movements (prefabricated buildings, concrete castings, etc.). - Class C1 cementitious adhesives, intended for laying large formats and/or outdoors - Where mortars with particular qualities of adhesion, flexibility, waterproofing and chemical resistance are required
